Reading time with Aleah!

I was sitting on the couch with Cade and Aleah came and sat on the floor and started reading the book, "Guess how much I love you". I don't read this book to her very often because it is not one of my favorites right now. I like the concept, but it is a little long. I really like Aleah's version!

Look what I can do!

My kids are always amazing me with the things that they can do! I love watching them grow and learn new things. My Grandma has been sick and so she hasn't been able to come and visit since Cade was born. So here are some pictures Grandma, I love you and hope you get better soon.

Cade is growing up way way too fast! I can't believe that he isn't my tiny little newborn any more! But I love all the smiles and coos! This is the first smile that I caught on camera. I was taking his picture and all of the sudden he started smiling. It was fun!

Cade went on his first walk around the neighborhood. After a couple of minutes, he was asleep.

He started rolling from his tummy to his back a couple of weeks ago. The first time he did it I was very surprised, but thought it was just luck. Then a couple days later he did it again and then again... I can't believe it! I didn't have to worry about Aleah rolling around for months. He is just an active little boy!

Aleah has become the biggest helper! She helps me all the time. She loves to sweep and when I sweep she loves to step in the piles of dirt. It becomes a game of keep the pile of dirt away from Aleah. Any time Cade cries she runs to make sure he is ok, no matter what she is doing. If he loses his binkie she has to give it to him, even if he doesn't want it any more. She is getting good at giving him LITTLE bounces when he is on his bouncer chair, he doesn't really like it when she sends him flying. She loves taking care of her brother! She tickles him all the time and he gets many many kisses.
