Family Fun!

My cousin Angie and her husband and two boys are in town from Ohio.  So some of my cousins and my siblings came over to my house for a fun dinner party.  We had a great time visiting and playing games!  I love getting together with my family.  They are so much fun!

My cousin Angie made this really cute quilt and pillow for Aleah

Aleah is getting ready for our trip to Hawaii!  She had to try on her new hat, sunglasses, and sandals.  We are all very excited!

3 months already!

Aleah is now three months old!  She really is growing up so fast.  It is so exciting to watch her grow and to see her learn new things, but I'm also missing my tiny little newborn!
This is what she looked like in her car seat when she was four days old.

This is what she looks like in her car seat now.

She is really interested in her hands right now.  Sometimes she will just look at them like they are the coolest things she has ever seen.  It totally cracks me up!

Of course,  everything has to go in her mouth!

She is getting really good at holding up her head.

I just love the look on her face in this picture! :)

She got to have her first play date last week.  I think that she had a good time, I know that I did!

Boston (on the left) and Aleah are four days apart.
Gemma (in the middle) is a month younger.

Giggles!!

Ok, so maybe it is because I am a new mom, but I think that Aleah's little giggle that she has been doing lately is sooo cute!  Check it out for yourself.  We were having so much fun with her tonight.  She was playing on her activity mat and just giggling for like twenty minutes.  It made me laugh listening to her.  I love watching her learn new things!

Blessing Day!

On Sunday Brad was able to give Aleah her name and blessing.  It was a wonderful day.  We even made it to church a little bit early!  I was very impressed with my ability to be on time.  That doesn't happen very often these days.  Brad did a great job and so did Aleah.  She didn't even cry!  Brad was afraid for a minute that he might drop her because she was so slippery in her dress and blanket, but luckily he didn't.  I am so thankful for all of our family who came to support us!
